Welcome to the Ardèche and to his capital ANNONAY

We are happy to welcome you to this old factory built in natural stone. It was first used as a place for sorting worn clothes which were then used to manufacture bulk paper at CANSON. Behind the thick walls you will find rooms renovated in a contemporary style which we hope will surprise and charm you.

Our privileged location, in the heart of a quiet residential area and less than 10 minutes from the town centre, is a haven of tranquility.

2 bedrooms each equipped with:
• room 1 : 2 single beds 200 x 90 + 1 extra bed

1 bathroom equipped with:
• 2 washbasins
• 1 shower
• toilet separated

plus a quiet and sunny terrace of 100 m2.and lawn with pergola
